Extremely tight regulation is accomplished by Sola/Hevi-Duty’s patented ferroresonant transformer technology. The CVS Series power conditioner recreates a well regulated sinusoidal waveform that is well isolated from input disturbances including impulses, swells, sags, brownouts and severe waveform distortion.
The MCR Hardwired Series provides excellent noise filtering and surge suppression to protect connected equipment from damage, degradation or misoperation. As a member of the Open DeviceNet Vendors Association (ODVA), Sola/Hevi-Duty has designed two power supplies specifically for DeviceNet applications. Sola’s SDN DeviceNetTM models meet ODVA specifications for power supplies for either Thin or Thick cable applications.
These three phase power conditioner units protect equipment from voltage sags and spikes, switching transients, lightning, and induced surges by a carefully designed surge suppression circuit linked to a shielded isolation transformer and input and output filters.
